Avenue5 Residential seeks a Floating Maintenance Supervisor to manage day-to-day maintenance across multiple properties in the Mid-Atlantic region. The role requires coordinating with maintenance teams, handling on-call shifts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and all relevant regulations.

The position emphasizes preventing maintenance issues, supervising tradespeople, and maintaining safety and high standards of property presentation for residents and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three years of experience in the property management industry is required.
• CFC / EPA / HVAC certification preferred.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for assigned properties.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local/state/federal regulations.
• Respond to service requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and related trades.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal across properties.
• Manage on-call rotations and coordinate with property manager.
