Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at the assigned property and ensure compliance with policies and laws. You will oversee service requests, coordinate with the team, and keep costs within budget while promoting resident satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on maintenance and carpentry skills, strong organization, and the ability to respond to emergencies with professionalism and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and meet make-ready standards.
• Review service requests and track progress, addressing chronic issues.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and more.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage emergencies and participate in on-call rotation.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
