Job summary

Cox Automotive USA is hiring a Fleet Services & Billing Specialist to support growth across markets, focusing on accurate billing and proactive service scheduling for client fleets. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, cross-functional communication, and timely documentation in Cox Fleet systems.

The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and strong Excel/data-entry skills, with the ability to coordinate with Field Operations to assign technicians and drive fleet

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ experience in a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills; knowledge of fleet maintenance/transportation helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the billing process across markets in the area.
• Manage the maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to repair completion.
• Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external calls.
• Obtain customer approvals for repairs and services.
• Schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign technicians to accounts.
• Encourage pre-scheduled maintenance to build a steady pipeline.
• Support dispatching and service scheduling improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
