Job summary

Fleet Services by Cox Automotive is seeking a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support growth across Cox Fleet service offerings. The role focuses on billing, transaction lifecycle management, and coordinating with field operations to schedule technicians for accounts.

The position requires strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration, with direct interaction with customers and internal teams to ensure timely maintenance and repair workflows.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with up to 3 years in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build trusted working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the billing process in all markets in area.
• Manage the follow up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination until the customer unit is in control/custody of the repair technician
• Document all customer contacts accurately in Cox Fleet systems
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls
• Obtain customer approval for repairs and services to be performed
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business
• Coordinate with Field Operations to schedule technicians to accounts for a positive customer experience
• Support dispatching and service scheduling improvements and participate in special projects as assigned
