Job summary

Fleet Services by Cox Automotive in Boston, MA is seeking a Fleet Client Services and Billing Specialist II to support billing across markets and coordinate service scheduling. Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years’ related experience; alternative combinations allowed.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to communicate at all levels.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build trusted partnerships.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to balance multiple tasks.
Strong Excel and data entry skills; ability to learn new platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

Assist with the billing process across markets in the area.
Manage follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to customer custody.
Provide timely, accurate documentation in Cox Fleet systems for each customer contact.
Deliver excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
Coordinate with Field Operations to schedule technicians for accounts.
Encourage proactive scheduling of repairs to build a steady workflow.
Support dispatching and service scheduling improvements and take on special projects as assigned.
