Job summary

Cox Fleet is hiring a Fleet Services & Billing Specialist to support growth. You will assist with billing in all markets, manage the lifecycle of maintenance transactions, and document customer interactions across Cox Fleet systems.

You will schedule maintenance, coordinate with field operations, and uphold high service standards while building strong customer rapport. Prior experience in trucking or fleet maintenance is a plus.

Qualifications

Must have strong communication and ability to interact with multiple teams.
Experience with fleet maintenance or trucking knowledge preferred.
Ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly.

Responsibilities

Support billing processes across markets and manage transactions lifecycle.
Document customer contacts accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
Schedule preventative maintenance and coordinate with technicians.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Proactively contact customers to organize repairs and maintenance.
