Cox Automotive, a leader in vehicle operations, is hiring for a Fleet Services & Billing Specialist II. The role supports billing processes across markets and oversees maintenance transactions from origination to technician handoff.

You will document interactions, ensure accuracy, and deliver excellent customer service. Join a team focused on proactive scheduling, strong cross-functional communication, and process improvements across dispatching and service scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and building trusted partnerships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Advanced Excel and data-entry skills; ability to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the billing process in all markets in area.
• Manage the follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to custody of the repair technician.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in Cox Fleet systems for each customer contact.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external contacts.
• Obtain customer approval for repairs and services; drive preventative maintenance scheduling.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to schedule the right technicians for accounts.
