Cox Fleet is hiring a Fleet Services & Billing Specialist to support growth and streamline billing across markets. The role requires coordinating with Field Operations, handling billing lifecycles, and delivering excellent customer service.

The position emphasizes organization, multi-tasking, and proficiency in Excel and industry systems such as Web Wrench and FSCA IT Systems, with opportunities to learn and grow within a nationwide service network.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required or equivalent with related experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and build trusted partnerships.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Proficient in Excel and data entry; learn new platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the billing process across markets.
• Manage the follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to repair completion.
• Document customer interactions accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and coordinate with Field Operations.
