NFIB is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to join the Voice of Small Business. This Hunter/Closer role is field-heavy, with ~95% time in the field meeting small business owners, and a hybrid setup in which your office is wherever you serve.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial background or ownership experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and field sales skills.
• Ability to learn and apply a proven sales process.
• Motivation to grow NFIB membership and advocate for small business rights.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in-person meetings with small business owners (no appointment setting).
• Deliver a concise, 5-minute NFIB presentation to engage prospects.
• Close memberships with an assumptive one-call close and on-the-spot payments.
• Educate owners on NFIB advocacy in D.C. and state capitals.
