This is a high-velocity sales environment with unrestricted commission potential. Ideal candidates bring entrepreneurial drive, proven closing ability, and the resilience to work across DC and state capitals to defend small business rights.

Qualifications

• Proven perseverance and ability to close in the field.
• Ability to conduct in-person cold calls and build rapport.
• Willingness to work in a field-based, hybrid role serving local markets.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting through in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• Deliver NFIB's 5-minute success-proven sales presentation.
• Close by enrolling new members and processing payments on the spot.
• Educate owners on NFIB advocacy in Washington, D.C. and state capitals.
