NFIB is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow our Voice of Small Business. You will spend 95% of your time in the field meeting local business owners to grow NFIB membership, with a hybrid work setup and field-based schedule.

This hunter/closer role offers uncapped commission, paid training, full benefits, and a path to impactful advocacy across Washington, D.C., and state capitals.

Qualifications

• Power traits needed to grow NFIB membership in field settings.
• Ability to conduct face-to-face outreach and build rapport with business owners.
• Fast learner who thrives on a proven sales model.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in-person to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• Master and deliver a concise sales presentation (five minutes).
• Execute an assumptive one-call close to enroll new members and process payments.
• Educate owners on NFIB advocacy efforts at federal and state levels.
