NFIB is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to join the Voice of Small Business. This hunter/closer role focuses on face-to-face meetings with small business owners in the local market, building membership and delivering a proven sales presentation.

Work is hybrid: field-based most days with paid training, full benefits, and an uncapped commission plan designed to reward high performance. Excellent earning potential awaits.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability for results.
• Persistent, able to conduct face-to-face meetings and build rapport with business owners.
• Willingness to learn and apply a proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: in-person cold calls with small business owners.
• The NFIB Presentation: deliver a concise 5-minute sales pitch.
• The Close: enroll new members and process payments onsite.
• Advocacy: explain NFIB protections to owners in DC and state capitals.
