The ideal candidate brings deep compensation expertise, strong financial modeling, and experience supporting M&A transactions within wealth management or related financial services. Remote role with EST/MDT alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting partner compensation analysis and integration activities within M&A transactions, required.
• Experience with financial modeling, compensation modeling, and business case analysis, required.
• Experience within wealth management, financial services, asset management, or a related industry, required.
• Experience building compensation frameworks, governance processes, and tracking methodologies for complex programs, required.
• Remote position, EST or MDT required.
