Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is assisting a leading financial services firm in finding an Executive Compensation Manager Partner to guide compensation strategy for high‑volume M&A activity, including integration, governance, and execution for newly acquired partner firms.

The ideal candidate combines compensation expertise with financial analysis and experience supporting M&A in wealth management or asset management sectors, and can operate in a remote capacity with EST/MDT hours.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting partner compensation analysis and integration activities within M&A transactions.
Experience with financial modeling and business case analysis.
Experience in wealth management, financial services, asset management, or a related industry.
Experience building compensation frameworks, governance processes, and tracking methodologies for complex programs.
Remote position with EST or MDT alignment.

Responsibilities

Lead compensation strategy, governance, and execution for newly acquired partner firms.
Support high-volume M&A activity related to compensation.
Collaborate on integration and governance of compensation programs for partner firms.
