Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting partner compensation analysis and integration in M&A transactions.
• Experience with financial modeling, compensation modeling, and business case analysis.
• Experience within wealth management or related financial services industry.
• Experience building compensation frameworks, governance processes, and tracking methodologies.
