LAZ Parking is hiring a Supervisor - Parking Operations in Cleveland, OH. You will oversee frontline staff across multiple properties, manage daily tasks, and ensure smooth operations during peak periods.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams. The position supports a Thursday–Sunday 4pm–12am shift, with responsibilities including scheduling, reporting, and upholding standards of conduct and safety.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• De-escalation or conflict-resolution experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as directed by the Project Manager.
• Supervise and train a frontline team of 20+ employees across multiple properties.
• Conduct regular rounds within the operating radius to ensure safety, equipment functionality, and proper staff placement.
• Run and review reports related to daily revenue, credits, and garage data as requested by management.
• Lead pre-shift huddles and assist with weekly garage scheduling.
• Resolve customer service issues promptly with a professional, courteous approach.
