Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee facilities during off-shift hours and to greet customers in a welcoming atmosphere. This role responds to locations needing supervision and ensures staff adherence to policies.

You will supervise, mentor, and train staff, establish performance standards, and drive improvements in procedures. Responsibilities include handling daily revenue reports, resolving customer issues, and fostering strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Parking industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff on off-shift times and greet customers.
• Supervise, mentor, and train staff daily.
• Set performance standards and implement procedural changes.
• Deliver premier customer service with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Run reports related to daily revenue and management requests.
• Assist with periodic training as needed.
• Resolve customer service issues promptly.
