Job summary

LAZ Parking in Columbus, OH is hiring an Assistant Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations of a parking location, reporting to the Area Manager. You will lead on-site teams, ensure 24/7 professional service, and support initiatives from the home office.

The role requires scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous parking management is preferred, with opportunities for growth and training, plus benefits such as pay-advancing options and EAP resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a management role.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and General Microsoft Office Applications.
• Parking management experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with financial statements/accounting, P&L reports, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop a team of employees at parking location(s).
• Manage, plan, schedule, train, and direct the activities of on-site employees.
• Identifying high-potential employees to support growth.
• Payroll processing and wage/hour compliance coordination with HR.
