Responsibilities

• Ensure staff adheres to rules of conduct, policies and procedures.
• Supervise, mentor, and train staff on day-to-day activities.
• Help establish performance standards and implement procedural changes.
• Deliver premier customer service with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Assist customers via intercom, in lobbies, lanes, and in the parking office.
• Run daily revenue, credit card, and garage data reports for management.
• Support periodic training and weekly garage scheduling.
• Resolve customer service issues and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Greet customers by name and build rapport with the customer base.
