Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Seasonal Event Supervisor to lead parking and guest service operations at concerts, sporting events, festivals, and other large gatherings. This role emphasizes frontline leadership during events, coordinating staffing, traffic flow, guest interactions, and event logistics while maintaining a positive work environment.

You will oversee event staff, ensure safe and efficient operations, and deliver an outstanding guest experience in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams at events or in hospitality.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and work outdoors.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support seasonal event staff during assigned events.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate event expectations.
• Assign work areas and responsibilities to team members.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching as needed.
• Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
• Assist with training and onboarding new event staff.
• Oversee parking and guest service operations during events.
• Monitor traffic flow and adjust staffing as necessary.
• Ensure operational procedures are followed consistently.
• Respond to operational issues and make real-time decisions to support event success.
