LAZ Parking is seeking a Supervisor to oversee facilities during off-shift times, greet customers, and ensure excellent service across locations needing supervision.

You will train staff, enforce conduct policies, generate daily revenue reports, and resolve customer issues with a friendly, responsive approach. Parking industry experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience are required; benefits include paid training and 401(k) options.

• Strong customer service experience.
• Parking industry experience required.

Aufgaben

• Ensure staff adheres to rules of conduct, policies and procedures.
• Supervises, mentors, and trains staff on day-to-day activities.
• Assists in establishing performance standards, recommending, and implementing changes to procedures when necessary.
• Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and a willingness to help at all times.
• Responsible for running any reports related to daily revenue, other reports requested by management
• Assists with periodic training as needed.
• Resolves customer service issues or questions as needed.
• Greet by/use name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude, develop a rapport with the customer base.
• Other related duties as assigned.
