LAZ Parking is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee operations at multiple locations under the Operations Manager, ensuring 24/7 professional parking management and client satisfaction. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate payroll and scheduling, and drive performance improvements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in a management role and parking experience, strong MS Office skills, and a proven ability to develop staff, manage budgets, and build durable

• 3+ years in a management or leadership role in parking.
• 3+ years of parking experience; familiarity with payroll, budgeting, and reporting.

• Lead, direct, and develop on-site teams at parking locations.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure hours sign-off with local payroll.
• Oversee budgeting, revenue, and financial reporting for assigned locations.
• Develop client relationships and support business retention.
