Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields highly preferred.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent credential required.
• Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with iteration and changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability and willingness to travel for events and launches.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience at your location(s).
• Engage and qualify Rivian customers to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rivian products and services for decision-making.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with high-touch service.
• Support customers through order confirmation and follow-up to drive conversions.
• Host and support retail activations and events to generate demand.
• Solicit customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on automotive trends to address objections.
