Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Sales Advisor IV in the Northbrook area to join our field sales team. You will manage the entire customer relationship from lead qualification to close, providing a personalized purchase experience across in-person, demo drives, phone, text, and email interactions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrates a customer-first mindset, and can work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays while building long-term customer loyalty

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields preferred.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience at your location.
• Engage and qualify Rivian customers to drive conversion.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rivian products and services.
