Job summary

Rivian in California is seeking a Sales Advisor IV to manage the customer relationship from lead qualification to close, delivering a personalized purchase experience. You will educate customers across in-person, demo drives, phone, text and email with a focus on conversion and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Experience succeeding in a fast-paced startup environment with iteration and changes.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills (written and verbal).
• Must be 21+ years of age and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure best-in-class customer experience at the location.
• Qualify customers and identify needs to drive conversion and satisfaction.
