Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Sales Advisor IV in Daly City, CA to join its field sales organization. You will manage the entire customer relationship from lead qualification to close, delivering a personalized purchase experience through in-person interactions, demo drives, phone, text and email.

The role requires a customer-first mindset, the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, and a track record in high-velocity sales. Travel to events and flexible scheduling are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields; premium brands and direct-to-consumer experience preferred.
• 21+ years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with iteration.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience at the location.
• Qualify Rivian customers and identify needs to drive conversion.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rivian products and services to guide decisions.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and long-term customer relationships.
• Support and motivate team members with clear direction and feedback.
