Rivian is seeking a Sales Advisor IV in the Bay Area to manage the customer relationship from lead to close, delivering a personalized purchase experience. You will educate customers across in-person, demo drives, phone, text, and email while upholding Rivian’s values and culture.

The role requires a customer-first mindset, flexibility in a dynamic startup environment, and strong communication skills. Ties to events, pipeline, and team collaboration are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-velocity sales or retail/sales environments.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a best-in-class customer experience at your location.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with high-touch service.
• Support and motivate team members with clear direction and feedback.
• Handle customer escalations and drive conversion through the funnel.
