Rivian is seeking a Sales Advisor IV in the Bay Area to manage the full customer relationship from lead to close, delivering a personalized purchase experience across in‑person, demo drives, phone, text and email interactions.

You will educate customers about Rivian products, maintain a high level of product knowledge, and contribute to a culture of learning and high performance. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction, conversion and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a high‑velocity sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, in a commission‑based environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support customers on nights, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and other KPIs such as demo drive volume, pipeline management, and customer satisfaction.
• Engage and qualify Rivian customers and identify their unique needs to create personalized experiences that drive conversion.
• Maintain and share knowledge of Rivian products and services to guide customers in decision‑making.
