Rivian is seeking an Inside Sales Advisor in Atlanta to own the customer relationship from lead qualification to purchase, educating customers about Rivian products. The role focuses on building relationships, driving conversion, and delivering memorable experiences across phone, text, and email.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales, retail, customer service or hospitality experience at a premium brand.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred but not required.
• Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Lead and support outbound call campaigns.
• Provide outbound follow-up to qualifying leads and progress through the sales funnel.
• Ensure customer experience is best-in-class and aligned with Rivian’s values.
