Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Sales Advisor IV in Sparks, NV to lead the full customer journey from lead qualification to close. You will educate customers through in-person interactions, demo drives, phone, text, and email while upholding Rivian’s brand values and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven track record in high-velocity sales (prospecting to close).
• CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain best-in-class customer experience at location(s).
• Qualify Rivian customers and create personalized experiences to drive conversion.
