Job summary

Rivian is hiring an Inside Sales Advisor at our Atlanta, GA location. The role focuses on building relationships with prospective customers, guiding them through the purchase journey, and driving brand loyalty and sales conversion.

You will own the customer relationship from qualification to close, supported by a high-touch, data-driven approach. The position requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales cycle.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel as needed for events.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead and support outbound call campaigns.
• Provide outbound follow-up to qualifying leads through the funnel.
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience aligned with Rivian's values.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with long-term relationships.
• Guide customers through order confirmation and post-purchase stages.
• Share feedback with teammates to improve processes.
