Job summary

Rivian in Florida is seeking a Sales Advisor IV to join the field sales team, building relationships from lead to close and delivering a personalized purchase experience.

You will educate customers across in-person, demo drives, phone, text, and email; manage a high-touch pipeline; and support brand loyalty and conversion.

The role requires a customer-first mindset, resilience in a fast-paced startup, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and the ability to travel for events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar, preferably in premium brands.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record in high-velocity sales and commission-based environments.
• Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays and travel as needed.
• Strong communication and collaboration in a fast-paced startup setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience at your location.
• Engage and qualify Rivian customers to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rivian products and services.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with high-touch service.
• Host and support retail activations and events to generate demand.
