Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Sales Advisor IV to join our field sales team in the Bay Area. You will manage the complete customer relationship from lead qualification to close, delivering a personalized purchase experience across in-person, demo drive, phone, text, and email channels.

The role requires a customer-first mindset, adaptability, and a drive to foster brand loyalty while achieving sales targets. Weekend, holiday, and travel flexibility are part of the role to support events and launches.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle with a commission-based environment.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support customers evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Willingness to travel for events, launches, etc.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key metrics.
• Ensure first-class customer experience at assigned locations.
• Qualify customers and identify needs to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rivian products and services to guide decisions.
• Build a healthy sales pipeline through high-touch, responsive service.
• Support retail activations and events to generate demand and community engagement.
• Resolve customer escalations and communicate issues to relevant teams.
• Share best practices and provide feedback to teammates.
