Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales, retail, hospitality or similar; premium brands or automotive experience a plus.
• Proven record in high-velocity customer engagement from prospecting to closing.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with iteration.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs including demo drives and conversions.
• Manage end-to-end customer relationship from lead to close with a personalized experience.
• Conduct demonstrations, educate customers on Rivian products, and handle inquiries.
