Sentara Health Plans is seeking an IT Specialty Analyst to support Epic Willow applications across inpatient and ambulatory settings. The role involves analyzing pharmacy workflows, collaborating with clinicians and IT teams, and ensuring safe, compliant medication management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, optimization, maintenance, and enhancement of Epic Willow applications (Inpatient and/or Ambulatory).
• Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, and IT to analyze workflows and implement system improvements.
• Evaluate software releases and upgrades to optimize clinical and business outcomes while ensuring patient safety.
• Develop testing plans, gather requirements, and support system implementation and change management.
• Serve as SME for Epic Willow applications and coordinate incidents and projects.
