Sentara Health seeks an Epic Willow specialist to manage day-to-day support and optimization of Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory systems. The role partners with pharmacists, clinicians, and IT to improve medication workflows while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds Epic Willow certifications and 3+ years of related experience, with a focus on testing, upgrades, and incident management in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a healthcare/IT-related field.
• 3+ years of application support or clinical informatics experience.
• Epic Willow certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Support, optimize, and enhance Epic Willow applications (Inpatient/Ambulatory).
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT teams on workflows.
• Analyze releases, upgrades, and new functionality for safety and compliance.
• Lead testing planning, change management, and incident resolution.
