Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant application support or healthcare IT experience.
- Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory certification is required.
- Experience translating clinical workflows into system solutions.
Responsabilités
- Provide day-to-day support, optimization, and maintenance of Epic Willow applications.
- Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT to analyze workflows and implement improvements.
- Evaluate software releases and upgrades to optimize clinical and business outcomes.
