Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Willow Application Support Specialist to manage day-to-day operations for Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory systems. You will partner with pharmacists, clinicians, and IT to analyze workflows and implement system improvements that enhance patient safety and medication management.

Qualified candidates will hold an Epic Willow certification (Inpatient and/or Ambulatory) and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent healthcare IT experience).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent healthcare IT experience.
• Epic Willow certification required for Inpatient and/or Ambulatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, optimization, maintenance, and enhancements of Epic Willow apps, including Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, operational leaders and IT teams to analyze workflows and implement system improvements.
• Perform testing, upgrades analysis, incident management, and change control to ensure safe, efficient medication management.
