Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; healthcare IT/clinical informatics experience also accepted.
- Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory certification required.
- Experience translating clinical workflows into system requirements and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support and optimize Epic Willow Willow Inpatient and/or Ambulatory apps.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, and IT to implement workflow improvements.
- Assess software releases and upgrades to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
- Lead testing, change management, and incident resolution for Willow applications.
