Job summary

Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA is seeking an Epic Willow Application Analyst to support Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory systems. You will collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, operational stakeholders, and IT teams to analyze workflows, implement system improvements, and support safe, efficient medication management processes.

Responsibilities include evaluating releases, developing testing plans, incident resolution, and guiding change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Clinical Discipline, or related field required.
• Experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, optimization, maintenance, and enhancement of Epic Willow applications.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, operational stakeholders and IT teams to analyze workflows and implement system improvements.
• Evaluate software releases, upgrades, and new functionality to optimize clinical and business outcomes.
• Develop testing plans and support implementation of system enhancements.
• Provide incident resolution, change management, and project coordination as a subject matter expert for Epic Willow.
