Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level outside direct sales professional to target small and mid-sized businesses across various industries. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services to employees, with product presentations for groups of 50–100+.

You will train to use Salesforce CRM, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, visit businesses, and build a client portfolio while working with a sales team to hit targets

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with comprehensive training provided.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience; military/athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with clients to assess insurance needs.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Record daily activity and sales progress.
