Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to develop a new book of business in a dedicated territory. You will meet business owners and decision-makers in person, presenting industry-leading supplemental insurance products and services.

You will train with a supportive team and work toward aggressive sales targets. You will use Salesforce to manage leads, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and build a growing client portfolio.

Qualifications

• High-level pre-employment background check is required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales in your own territory and meet business owners and decision-makers face-to-face.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your professional network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text and schedule meetings.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, re-service existing clients, and expand your portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly targets with your manager and report weekly activity.
• Plan and adhere to a weekly schedule; submit it to your sales manager weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
