Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside sales representative to target small and medium businesses across various industries. You will promote supplemental insurance products to business owners, benefit managers, and employees, with opportunities to present to groups of 50–100+.

No prior sales required, but a willingness to learn and drive growth is essential. You’ll receive comprehensive training, weekly draw pay with commissions, and a clear path for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain (study course provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client network in territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit schedule weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity at end of day.
