Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious entry-level sales professional for an outside direct sales role. You will train to target small and medium businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services.

Expect interactions with business owners, benefits managers, and employees, including group presentations. You will use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and develop your own client portfolio, with

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (or sales/athletic background close to 4 years).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit it to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
