Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an ambitious entry-level outside sales representative to drive growth in your dedicated territory. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to promote our supplemental insurance products and services, with training provided to newcomers.

Responsibilities include building a client portfolio, scheduling and conducting meetings, and recording activity. A valid driver’s license and resident-state license (or willingness to obtain) are required;

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or related field

Responsabilités

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and manage clients
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners
• Build and maintain your client portfolio
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Plan and submit weekly schedules to your sales manager
• Record daily work stats and sales activity
