Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise seeks an ambitious, entry-level outside sales professional to cover a dedicated territory. No prior sales experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help newcomers succeed with small and medium-sized businesses.

You will meet with business owners and decision-makers, promoting our supplemental insurance products. You will build your own client portfolio, conduct product presentations, and use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided and license fees reimbursed.
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with relevant sales/athletic background will be considered)

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads, generate clients, and expand your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Personally visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates daily
