Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an ambitious, self-disciplined entry-level outside sales professional to join our growing team in Texas. You will receive comprehensive training, focus on small and mid-sized businesses, and meet with owners and decision-makers to present leading supplemental insurance products.

Prior sales experience helps but is not required. You will use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, schedule meetings, and manage a personal client portfolio.

Formación

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (or relevant sales background).

Responsabilidades

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Work with your manager to set and hit monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedules and report them to your manager.
• Record daily sales activity and progress.
