Knit, the AI-native research agency, seeks a Client Partner to drive growth in Tech, Telecom & Media by managing large enterprise partnerships and expanding new logos.

You will own 10–20 accounts, lead renewals and upsells, and collaborate with Customer Success, Research, and Product to deliver value. This remote-first role prioritizes US hubs and requires travel for in-person meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise account management or strategic sales in the insights industry.
• Direct experience selling into tech, telecom, or media & entertainment at Fortune 500 companies.
• Experience leading relationships and entering new buying centers within enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling $100K+ contracts and managing $1M+ enterprise relationships.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of 10–20 enterprise accounts in Tech, Telecom & Media.
• Lead renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to expand account value.
• Develop and execute account plans identifying whitespace and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Research, and Product to maximize client value.
• Represent Knit at Tech, Telecom & Media conferences and industry events.
