Job summary

Knit, a remote-first AI-native research agency, seeks a Client Partner – Tech, Telecom & Media to grow 10–20 enterprise accounts. You’ll own renewals, expansions, and new logos, working with Success, Research, and Product to demonstrate value and expand Knit’s platform.

This role requires Fortune 500 experience, consultative selling, and cross-functional leadership. You’ll negotiate six- to seven-figure contracts, map stakeholders, and craft account plans to unlock whitespace.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise account management or strategic sales in research/insights.
• Experience selling to Fortune 500 tech/telecom/media with six- to seven-figure contracts.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and negotiate renewals and expansions.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of 10–20 enterprise accounts in Tech, Telecom & Media.
• Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans with whitespace and stakeholder mapping.
• Represent Knit at conferences and industry events; maintain forecast accuracy.
