Anthropic Limited seeks a Deployment Manager for the Beneficial Deployments team to guide customers from contract to live deployments across Claude products. You’ll connect identity providers, provision stakeholders, and align security policies to enable fast, secure adoption.

In this high‑leverage role, you’ll design scalable activation frameworks, create repeatable playbooks, and collaborate with customer IT and security teams to deliver measurable outcomes within the first 90 days.

Formación

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles with enterprise deployments.
• Experience serving nonprofits or mission-driven organizations.
• Hands-on ownership of identity integration across at least two providers.

Responsabilidades

• Own activation journey from contract to production deployment across Claude products.
• Configure and troubleshoot SSO, SCIM and JIT provisioning across providers.
• Advise CISOs and CTOs on governance and enterprise setup.
• Enable and govern MCP connectors and features for customer workflows.
• Design activation frameworks and templated playbooks for scale.
• Package playbooks into repeatable, self-serve motions.
• Develop change management strategies and Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Define and track metrics like activation rate and time-to-value.
• Channel customer insights to Product, Support and Security teams.
